Are you analytically driven with experience scaling revenue/sales ops teams? Are you always looking for different ways to increase operational efficiency? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to help optimize the performance of our revenue teams through owning business intelligence/ analytical tools and fostering cross-functional collaboration. 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team to execute, act as the point of escalation and introduce innovation into commercial analytics, sales programs, business process design (CRM, go-to-market sales motions), and rhythm of the business activities (pipeline, forecasting). Working in partnership with global sales leadership, you will be a key stakeholder in communicating and identifying incremental revenue opportunities and proactively executing against potential risks to the business.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own strategic operational programs to drive forecast accuracy, sales productivity, territory planning, sales process mapping, and efficiencies for the global sales organization. This includes process design, planning, and driving a high level of quality and accuracy. 

  • Guide and develop a global Revenue Operations team responsible for the development, execution, measurement, and reporting of sales and product metrics.

  • Partner with leadership and sales operations to design and run an effective commercial rhythm of business.

  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to automate regular reporting to drive advanced analytics and insights.

  • Design customer health reviews and team scorecards to identify leading indicators of success, weaknesses and risks across our global sales production.

  • Analyze revenue sensitivity by channel segments, verticals, and geographies.

  • Participate in the creation of operational workflow and internal process controls, promote the adherence to process and identify potential risks.

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to build training and information sessions with all parties, at all levels, involved in the revenue management process.

  • Support and design any technical / system based requirements that the revenue teams leverage to manage their workflows eg. Salesforce.

  • Independently problem solve, coach the team to navigate against new variables in the process and actively manage workload across the team.

We'll be reaching out to applicants that have:

  • Proven experience building and scaling a revenues/sales operations team for a high-growth SaaS or similar company.

  • Experience managing analytical teams with a track record of attracting, growing and retaining high performers, but doesn’t shy away from rolling their sleeves up and getting their hands dirty.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, deep intellectual curiosity, the ability to communicate structured thinking effectively.

  • Analytical rigor that applies across overall methodologies and decision making

  • Strong ability to multi-task across multiple high priority and time sensitive projects and stakeholders.

  • Positive and customer-centric attitude.

  • Experience with Sales Platforms, Technologies and Systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Datorama, etc.).

  • Proficient in Excel, Google suite.
