Director - Professional Services
Where we Work
Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is a remote position based in the United States.
About your skills
Services Design & Productization: You design services organizations that are built for scale. You translate customer outcomes and company strategy into clear, repeatable service offerings that are easy to position, sell, and deliver. You understand how services can accelerate adoption, differentiate the company, and create expansion opportunities.
Operational Leadership: You bring structure to growing organizations through standardization that reduces delivery variability and time-to-value. You establish utilization models, resource planning frameworks, and delivery metrics that prove services contribute to profitability while serving more customers with existing resources.
Cross-Functional Influence: You partner effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations around a unified services strategy. You build trust through delivery excellence and use PS insights to inform product roadmap prioritization, influencing decisions that improve both customer outcomes and company efficiency.
Leadership: You build high-performing teams that scale impact without scaling linearly. You develop consultants who become trusted advisors, create career paths that retain top talent, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
