As the Director of Product Management), you will set the strategic vision and direction for the Eligibilities RCM portfolio and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business and customer impact. You are an experienced product leader with customer empathy, systems thinking, and a track record of scaling SaaS RCM platforms in complex environment – and translating strategy into consistent, high-quality execution. In this role, you will operate as a portfolio leader – aligning long-term strategy with disciplined execution, building repeatable delivery systems, and ensuring our investments drive meaningful outcomes for dental practices across the U.S. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, customer success, support, and executive leadership to bring differentiated solutions to market on time, at quality, and with measurable adoption and financial impact. The Product Management team at Henry Schein One translates customer needs and market opportunities into a cohesive strategy and roadmap that delivers value across the dental ecosystem. As a Director, you will elevate product craft, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure your team executes with clarity, accountability, and customer focus. This position will be remote in the United States with up to 20% travel. What You Will Do Portfolio Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the vision, multi-year strategy, and performance of the Eligibilities product portfolio

  • Define and communicate a compelling roadmap aligned to company objectives, financial targets, and customer outcomes

  • Balance innovation, technical investment, and operational excellence to scale the Eligibilities platform

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers

  • Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and performance standards

  • Coach and mentor PMs to elevate strategic thinking, customer discovery, prioritization rigor, and executive communication

  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Customer & Market Insight

  • Champion a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and pain points through structured discovery and research

  • Use data, analytics, benchmarking, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions

  • Ensure the voice of the customer is embedded in every stage of the product lifecycle

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with predictable release cycles and clear success criteria

  • Translate portfolio strategy into actionable quarterly plans with defined milestones, KPIs, and ownership

  • Ensure disciplined prioritization, scope management, and trade-off decisions to protect delivery timelines and maximize impact

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and revenue realization

  • Drive end-to-end accountability from discovery through post-launch adoption and optimization

  • Proactively identify delivery risks and remove organizational obstacles to maintain momentum

  • Navigate dependencies across business units and influence alignment in a matrixed organization

  • Establish feedback loops that continuously improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes

Operational Excellence & Communication

  • Establish durable operating rhythms, governance models, and portfolio review cadences to ensure alignment and transparency

  • Implement metrics-driven product reviews that track delivery predictability, adoption, ROI, and customer value realization

  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive stakeholders with clear recommendations and decision framing

  • Ensure post-launch measurement and continuous optimization are embedded in team workflows

Industry Leadership

  • Stay current on Revenue Cycle Management trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics

  • Identify new growth opportunities and partnership models to expand our market leadership

What You Will Have

  • 10+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS products, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes

  • 3–5 years leading and developing high-performing Product Management teams with clear accountability for results

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management solutions

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

  • Demonstrated success owning portfolio-level strategy and translating it into predictable, high-quality execution across complex product ecosystems

  • Proven ability to drive prioritization, manage trade-offs, and deliver customer-facing and platform initiatives on schedule while balancing innovation, scalability, and technical health

  • Systems thinker who connects long-term vision to quarterly plans, KPIs, and release commitments

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Data-driven decision-maker with financial acumen and the executive presence to clearly communicate progress, risks, impact, and trade-offs

  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization, with a customer-obsessed mindset and commitment to developing others

The posted range for this position is $170,000 - $215,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
