  • Act as an advisor to the People leadership team, offering guidance in developing key messages and strategic approaches to internal communications (including newsletters, StackHuddle, Offsites, etc.)

  • Own the internal people editorial calendar and be the chief storyteller, whether it’s through our company newsletter, manager communication, executive videos and/or other communications channels

  • Organize and operate a culture champions program to ensure we have a trusted group of team members to ideate and collaborate with

  • Own the Engagement Survey Cycle (through CultureAmp) process to ensure employee feedback is heard, actioned on, and communicated back to the company

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, leaders, and C-suite members to develop change management communications with clarity and empathy

  • Apply change management methodology and lead change management activities for People (HR) initiatives.

  • Support and engage senior leaders with new changes

  • Working closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to align communication and engagement efforts.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven leadership in successful global People Engagement/Experience programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.

  • Experience in building and maintaining people programs

  • Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams

  • A “how can we make this better?” mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement.

  • Enthusiasm for leading internal communications in a unique, fully remote environment where email and face-to-face meetings are not the standard communication media

  • Excellent narration and writing skills

  • Ability to navigate cultural differences and build global but locally relevant solutions

  • Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace is a must

  • Deadline oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities

  • Ability to work as a Manager of one, as well as work collaboratively
