Who You Are
You are a strategic thinker with experience in technical operations, primarily focused on supporting customer experience through success models, automation, and AI. You have strong analytical, communication, goal-setting, problem-solving, and research skills.
What You Will Do
-Design, document, and monitor scalable systems and processes to support the customer experience
-Leverage data and research to glean customer insights, used to establish strategic direction
-Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of architectural designs
-Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies including AI / machine learning
How You Will Succeed
-Balance immediate solutions to improve the customer experience with architecting future solutions to scale
-Ensure that the customer experience is efficient and effective for the customer and internal stakeholders
-Recommend innovative, scalable solutions to solve customer-related needs, backed by data driven insights
What We Are Looking For
-An intellectually rigorous approach to solution design coupled with a deep empathy of the customer
-An ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
-An ability to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment
-3+ years of experience in technical operations or a related role
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
