What You’ll Be Doing: We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to come in and own the strategy and roadmap for provider sales. You’ll enable a large team of sales managers and provider growth associates to bring on providers to Grow’s platform, continuing to make therapy accessible to millions.
Develop and execute the overall strategy for provider growth across Grow Therapy’s platform
Manage a team of 3+ sales managers and own the top down strategy for the provider recruitment department
Partner with the Head of Provider Experience and CEO to develop and mantain the roadmap for provider sales
Use a data driven approach to draw key findings and insights on developing Grow’s provider sales strategy
Collaborate with growth and marketing executives & team members to roll out top of the notch promotional materials
The base salary range for this role $170,000-180,000 with additional OTE up to $250,000.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership at a tech enabled high growth company
Experience leading leaders
Experience leading inbound and outbound teams
Experience leading a high velocity sales team at a well known and respected Series B+ company
Experience with Hubspot is highly preferred
Experience in healthcare sales is a big bonus but not required
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client/agency structure
You have a data driven approach to creating sales strategies
Willingness to thrive in a startup environment, highly motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit
You enjoy taking a hands-on approach to personal development and coaching: you’ll be expected to provide tailored, direct, and earnest feedback to your team in order to develop the skills of your reports.
You’re passionate about Mental Health Care and are extremely mission driven.
