As a result of the continued growth of our business, our organisation has more than doubled in employee size over the last few years and expanded our footprint outside of North America with a strong presence in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions. 

We’re looking for an experienced leader to help spearhead our growth across enterprise brands and agencies in the UK. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving significant revenue growth through strategic sales leadership. Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise, you'll oversee a high-performing team of 6+ consultative sellers, crafting and executing a winning sales strategy that captures market share and propels StackAdapt to the forefront of Enterprise programmatic solutions.

The right leader will have a solid understanding of the global programmatic ecosystem and a proven track record of success selling complex solutions to Fortune 500 brands and leading advertising agencies. Your expertise will extend beyond deal-closing; you will inspire, coach, and develop a world-class sales team, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment built to win. This is an opportunity to influence the strategy and direction of a rapidly growing vertical, lead and mentor a global team and further accelerate your sales career.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors and Account Executives across EMEA, cultivating a culture of excellence in client acquisition and revenue generation.

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the specific needs of Enterprise agencies and brands, leveraging cutting-edge programmatic tactics.

  • Partner with key stakeholders across leadership, product, operations, marketing, and finance to craft a dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise dominance.

  • Champion StackAdapt alongside your Account Executive team, helping lead client discussions and showcasing the power and value of our platform, both virtually and in-person.

  • Leverage sophisticated sales enablement tools to glean actionable insights, optimise team performance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Foster a spirit of collaboration across all functions, actively providing feedback and insights to improve processes and propel company-wide success.

  • Playing a key role on the Enterprise revenue leadership team and helping drive the success of our endeavor.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Deep expertise in programmatic media strategies, with a comprehensive understanding of agency/brand media buying processes and the ever-evolving programmatic landscape. (Minimun of 10 years)

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within the Enterprise segment, ideally with established relationships within leading agencies and direct experience securing deals with Fortune 500 brands.

  • Demonstrated leadership excellence, with a proven ability to build, train, and mentor high-performing sales and account management teams.

  • A keen understanding of programmatic platforms and ecosystems, coupled with strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.

  • A relentless drive to win, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to propelling StackAdapt to the forefront of the Enterprise programmatic advertising space.
