We are seeking a globally-minded, strategic leader. As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the performance of our Sales and GTM organizations by enhancing selling skills, developing our sales playbook, co-launching new products and features, onboarding new team members, and contributing to the strategic direction of Lumivero’s revenue engine. 

This role will be instrumental in developing and driving strategies that enable our go-to-market teams to achieve their revenue targets, improve sales efficiency, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, renewals, and all customer-facing teams to align GTM initiatives with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize New Hire Training: Continuously refine our new hire training program to ensure a strong foundation for success at Lumivero. 

  • Empower Sales Teams: Provide ongoing training programs, coaching, and mentoring to equip our client-facing teams with the knowledge and skills needed to drive sales and achieve revenue goals. 

  • Measure and Improve: Align enablement efforts with key performance indicators and track the impact of training initiatives on ramp-up time, productivity, and competency achievements. 

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted improvement plans. 

  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster collaboration across product, marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to enhance business growth and field productivity. 

  • Adapt to Evolving Markets: Respond to changing market dynamics by developing innovative training programs and content to improve sales effectiveness. 

  • Lead Key Events: Lead the annual Sales Kick Off and mid-year acceleration events for the GTM team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales enablement or related roles.

  • 5+ years in SaaS and team management.

  • Experienced leader with a strong point of view on GTM methodology and the ability to lead and influence in a cross-functional, matrix organization.

  • Skilled in defining personas and sales plays, and enabling sales processes.

  • Knowledge of sales fundamentals, including but not limited to sales methodologies, prospecting skills, pitch, driving urgency, etc.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time while meeting aggressive deadlines.

  • Expert ability to develop engaging content in a variety of mediums for adult learners.

  • High impact and high energy approach to delivering training content, engaging the audience, and driving adoption.

  • Recent experience with SFDC and sales engagement platforms like Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar platforms.

  • Data-driven approach to program evaluation.

  • Passion for hosting large-scale events and public speaking.
