Our platform combines an intuitive user interface with sophisticated integration points, empowering organizations to identify and address cybersecurity risks within their software supply chain effectively.

About the Role

Hunted Labs is seeking a Director of Product Management to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for a category-defining AI-powered software supply chain security platform. As the strategic product leader at an early-stage startup, you will shape our product roadmap, guide cross-functional teams, and translate market opportunities into actionable plans.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical expertise in software development, and a proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, startup environments. As a key member of the leadership team, you will influence the company’s direction and play a critical role in scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Vision and Execution: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate market needs with long-term scalability. Translate market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.

  • Team Building and Cross-Functional Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product management team as the company scales. Collaborate with engineering, design, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions under tight timelines.

  • Customer and Market Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and shape product offerings. Lead complex customer and partner interactions, ensuring their needs are incorporated into product iterations.

  • Startup Dynamics and Operations: Establish scalable product management processes and select appropriate tools to support growth. Champion an agile approach to product development that accommodates startup pace and resource constraints.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles with growing responsibility.

  • Strong track record of defining and driving product vision in early-stage startups or dynamic environments.

  • Technical expertise in software development or engineering, with experience managing SaaS platforms or technically complex products.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Passionate about delivering impactful solutions that address national security and cybersecurity challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products with AI, ML, or LLM capabilities.

  • Background in cybersecurity and familiarity with software supply chain security challenges.

  • Understanding of government cloud environments and working with national security organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience working with strategic investors and external partners to align product vision and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience managing both on-premises and SaaS products, including platform offerings.

Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.

  • Paid maternity and paternity leave for 14 weeks at full pay.

  • Unlimited PTO with management approval.

  • A fully remote, results-based work environment with occasional travel for in-person collaboration.

  • Opportunities for professional development and continued learning.

  • Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives available.

Salary Range: $190,000–$230,000, based on experience and qualifications.

This role represents a unique opportunity to shape a groundbreaking platform and join a mission-driven team committed to addressing cybersecurity challenges on a global scale.
