Reddit is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Ad formats, key verticals (ie. Shopping) and user experiences product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing product strategy for mission critical product pillars, leading a team of talented product managers and collaborating across the company to deliver outcomes for the Reddit Ads Business. While analytical growth marketing skills are important, this position requires a greater emphasis on creating innovative product experiences that reach millions of people worldwide.

Responsibilities:
Define the overall Ads Formats & User experiences vision. Launch 0->1 Ad products that are both highly performant, deliver a great user experience as well as Reddit unique.
Develop Reddit’s Shopping Ads Vision and launch several 0->1 products to grow this business
Set roadmaps for a broad portfolio of products; define OKRs to guide teams and manage execution of the same
Experience being a key member of the leadership team, advising and setting strategy for the future of the Reddit Ads products
Collaborate with cross functional teams across Consumer, Sales, Product Marketing and others to define and achieve common goals
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of PM leadership or equivalent experience building, executing and scaling >1M user consumer internet products
Experience managing product teams building & leading Product Management teams of 8-10 individuals
Experience building highly scalable consumer and/or Ads products.
Proven experience in building & running high-performing, diverse & inclusive teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team, as well as align a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal
A “can do / no excuses” mindset for winning with resource constraints
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Executive-level leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Shopping/Retail and Travel verticals is a plus.
