The Director of Operations will lead a newly formed operations organization, with primary responsibilities spanning loss prevention, supply chain, onboarding, and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and strategically develop the Loss Prevention organization

• Oversee and optimize Supply Chain processes

• Manage onboarding and employee integration strategies

• Design and implement fulfillment optimization methods

• Collaborate with Product team to align operational strategies

• Develop and track KPIs  across operational domains

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of operations leadership experience

• Proven track record in loss prevention

• Strong background in supply chain management

• Experience with end-to-end fulfillment processes

• Strategic planning and organizational development expertise

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

Engagement Details

Fractional role, 3-6 month engagement

10-20 hours weekly
