ABOUT THE JOB As Director of Investor Relations, you will lead RayNeo’s investor engagement strategy, serving as a key link between executive leadership, existing and prospective investors, financial institutions, and other strategic stakeholders. You will be responsible for communicating the company’s business performance, financial direction, growth opportunities, and long-term corporate vision. Working closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and business development teams across North America and China, you will help build investor confidence and support RayNeo’s broader strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include: * Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. * Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, investment firms, financial analysts, and strategic stakeholders. * Communicate corporate strategy, financial performance, business developments, and growth opportunities to the investment community. * Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, executive briefings, and corporate communications. * Coordinate investor meetings, earnings discussions, corporate briefings, and investor conferences. * Monitor industry trends, competitor developments, market sentiment, and investor expectations. * Collaborate with finance and executive leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, and transparent financial messaging. * Identify opportunities to strengthen investor confidence and support long-term corporate value. * Oversee investor feedback, stakeholder engagement, and relevant market intelligence. This role offers an opportunity to influence the financial narrative of an expanding technology business while working closely with senior leadership and international stakeholders. You will play an important part in positioning RayNeo for continued global growth and strengthening its relationships within the investment community. REQUIREMENTS * 8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial communications, or investment banking. * Demonstrated experience managing investor relationships and senior-level stakeholder engagement. * Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate strategy, and capital markets. * Excellent financial communication, presentation, and analytical skills. * Proven ability to work with executive leadership and cross-functional international teams. BONUS POINTS * Experience within consumer electronics, technology, AI, augmented reality, or wearable technology. * Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or institutional investment management. * Experience supporting fundraising initiatives, capital allocation discussions, or corporate financial strategy. * Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and public company investor relations practices. * Experience preparing investor decks, financial models, earnings materials, and corporate presentations. * Understanding of international investment markets, particularly North America and Asia. * Experience managing relationships with institutional investors, equity research analysts, and financial media. * Strong knowledge of corporate governance, financial disclosures, and regulatory compliance. * Mandarin language proficiency or experience working with Chinese financial stakeholders.
