The Role:

COMPLY is searching for a strategic, hands-on, and growth-oriented Director of Inside Sales - Core Team to lead the Inside Sales team to capitalize on record-breaking organic growth and further strengthen our market position. The Director of Inside Sales - Core Team will manage a quota-carrying account executive team. You will consistently coach the team to drive results through best practices and daily sales activity to exceed revenue targets. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be jointly responsible for leading the sales go-to-market motion, working closely with sales enablement to further develop demand gen and sales strategies. The successful candidate will see challenges as opportunities and look beyond the quota to focus on potential, never settling. With perseverance, you will bring the ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment to find creative and effective ways to increase productivity and results. As a senior member of the sales leadership team, you will be a critical part of COMPLY’s future success and that of your team. This role will primarily sell into new logos and requires a hunter mentality, boldness, creativity, resiliency, charisma, a competitive spirit, and exceptional communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a new and growing team of Inside Sales representatives.

  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy with action plans to exceed targets.

  • Create a sense of urgency to close all buyer conversations to beat the competition.

  • Foster professional development and prepare your team for bigger opportunities.

  • Lead from the front, being resilient, with a passion and desire to win.

  • Be approachable, available, accountable, and most of all...FUN! 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of high performance leading Inside Sales teams in a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Demonstrated prior success in achieving measurable business goals in a high-velocity sales environment.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in SalesForce.com, and competent in Word and Excel.

  • Demonstrated experience building and executing a GTM strategy.

  • Ability to look around the corner – anticipate problems of a growing organization.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience selling SaaS software into the compliance, regulatory or financial services industry.

$110,000 - $125,000 a year

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $110,000-$125,000 plus applicable commission/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
