Hyport Digital, a brand of The N2 Company, seeks a results-oriented and innovative Director of Growth Marketing to lead our Growth Marketing team. Hyport Digital is a leader in digital advertising, delivering performance-driven strategies that fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth for our clients.

As Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and execute cutting-edge strategies for our clients across multiple marketing channels, including SEM, email marketing, Yelp ads, websites, and Live Chat. Your role will be critical in ensuring Hyport’s growth marketing efforts are highly effective, data-driven, and aligned with our clients’ objectives.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Lead the Growth Marketing Department (LMA), ensuring the department operates with clearly defined goals, roles, and responsibilities, fostering accountability and driving high performance among team members.

  • Drive lead generation by developing and executing a cutting-edge lead generation strategy leveraging SEM, email marketing, Yelp ads, websites, and Live Chat to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our clients.

  • Maximize campaign ROI by continuously analyzing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and strong alignment with client goals.

  • Utilize data insights to inform and refine marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalable growth.

  • Integrate Marketing Channels, by ensuring seamless integration and alignment of all marketing channels, creating a cohesive and efficient growth strategy that drives results.

To Land This Gig, You Need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably within digital advertising or in a fast-paced digital environment.

  • A proven track record of driving lead generation and customer acquisition through SEM, email marketing, and other digital channels.

  • Expertise in developing data-driven strategies that optimize marketing performance and ROI.

  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating high-performing Marketing teams.

  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, including the ability to extract actionable insights from data and make strategic adjustments to campaigns.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms to drive performance and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate growth marketing strategies and insights to clients and stakeholders.

  • A creative and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
