Seeking to hire a Contractor based out of Argentina or Mexico for our Director of Data & Site Analytics Engineering Services.
Scope of Services:
Own product analytics strategy and execution.
Scale a small but mighty team that will provide the right strategic insights to encourage growth and retention of users.
Build process for ensuring that data is available to business leaders and can inform strategic decisions.
Develop the goals, metrics, timeline and communication plan to support the achievement of our analytics goals.
Partner internally and actively seek out feedback and diverse perspectives to inform your strategy and goals.
Interface directly with the executive team to unlock insights into our users and our business.
In addition to analytics, you will own the business intelligence reporting environment in Tableau and our event based self-serve analytics tool (Heap).
Ensure accurate reporting and data availability for structured data sets as well as internal self-service.
Beyond the data analytics team, you will also provide oversight to the website team that directly owns the CMS that backs our marketing website along with analytics support for our web properties.

10+ years experience in Data Analytics
2+ years leading product analytics, business intelligence teams, while having experience working with data warehousing/engineering teams.
Advanced in your statistics, SQL technical skills, can write and support others with their SQL code skills.
You are an executor as well as a leader; not scared to jump into the details to help drive projects forward.
Experience as an exceptional mentor and thrive when you can support the development of your team.
Experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders and teams and can facilitate productive meetings to achieve shared goals.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and use your experience to elevate the team around you.
Must have direct experience with Tableau, and have experience with product analytics platforms like Heap, Pendo, and/or others.
The team members are largely Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese speakers, our preference would be for a candidate that speaks one or both languages fluently in addition to English.
Please note that given the nature of the contract, this role will not be eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits.
