This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

We’re looking for a mission-driven Director of Data & Analytics to lead the data organization, spanning data engineering, analytics, and data science. • Partner closely with Product teams to surface insights that inform care model design, provider performance, member engagement, and program effectiveness.

  • Establish best practices for experiment design, cohort analysis, and measurement of interventions and feature impact.

  • Champion AI/ML initiatives that enhance personalization, care coordination, and automation - always with a focus on safety, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Build scalable pipelines and frameworks for model development, validation, and monitoring.

  • Partner with Engineering and Product to translate models into production-ready solutions that directly improve member and provider experiences.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity, excellence, and accountability.

  • Partner with functional leaders across Tech, Product, Clinical, Business and Operations to embed data-driven thinking in decision-making.

  • Mentor team members, developing both technical expertise and leadership capacity.

  • Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment.

  • Deep understanding of modern data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker).

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, including model development, deployment, and monitoring in production.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, claims, EMR/EHR data) and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
