About The Team

Welcome to the Finance team at Invisible. We're a dedicated group focused on financial strategy, analysis, and compliance to drive the company's success. Our mission is to provide comprehensive financial guidance and support across all facets of the organization.

As part of the Finance team, the Corporate Development team plays a crucial role in addressing some of the company's most critical business challenges. This team is in charge of capital raising, M&A and other capital allocation activity, corporate structure and governance, equity plan administration, and investor relations, in collaboration with other Finance team areas and other departments across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Provide critical support for capital raise and M&A activity, with responsibilities including:

    • Assisting in investor outreach strategy and engagement

    • Leading due diligence processes

    • Creating investor presentations and other assets

    • Collaborating with internal and external legal teams

  • Assist with investor communications and relationship management

  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, partnerships, buybacks, and other capital allocation measures

  • Support the Corporate Strategy function by conducting industry research and analysis

  • Support the administration of the company’s equity compensation plans with detailed forecasting and analysis, collaboration with Hiring and People teams, and more

  • Support corporate governance by preparing board and stockholder resolutions

What We Need

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in fields such as investment banking, strategic consulting, corporate finance, equity research, and buy-side investing.

  • Expert modeling skills, with experience building complex operating models

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level

  • Project management skills, with experience scoping and executing projects with cross-functional support

  • Best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to quickly identify and methodically resolve potential road-blocks

Compensation: 

  • Base: $140,000

  • Base + Bonus Target: $185,000

  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
