  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Bluesight’s product development team to relay client feedback and market demands, driving continuous innovation and product enhancements that meet the evolving needs of hospitals.

  • Legislative & Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on current and emerging trends in healthcare regulations, including pharmacy compliance, 340B program requirements, controlled substance management, and overall hospital policies affecting clinical operations.

  • Customer Success & Optimization: Provide ongoing support to clients by optimizing their use of Bluesight’s full product suite, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Strong understanding of drug budgeting, purchasing processes, 340B Compliance, and inventory management practices.

  • Active involvement in implementing controlled substance prevention and detection programs in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers at all levels.
