As Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the brand marketing strategies across diverse digital channels, including Organic and Paid Social, SEO, Reputation Management, Display, OTT, and our Extended Reach program. As the Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving the brand’s market presence, ensuring our clients remain competitive, and delivering a cohesive brand experience.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:
Lead the Brand Marketing Department (LMA), setting clear goals and expectations to foster innovation, accountability, and high performance, and drive brand equity and market share growth for our clients.
Enhance brand presence by refining and implementing strategies across Organic Social, Paid Social, SEO, Display, OTT, Reputation Management, and our Extended Reach program to increase brand visibility, engagement, and overall impact.
Stay ahead of trends by continuously researching, assessing, and integrating the latest industry trends to ensure the brand remains agile, relevant, and competitive in an evolving digital landscape.
Promote cross-functional collaboration by fostering strong communication and collaboration within the team and across departments, ensuring a unified and cohesive brand experience at every customer touchpoint.
Ensure quality assurance through the development and implementation of robust quality assurance processes to ensure all brand marketing materials and campaigns meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and excellence, safeguarding the integrity and reputation of the brand.
To Land This Gig, You Need:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in digital advertising or a similar industry.
A proven track record of driving successful brand marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Deep expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, and market analysis.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and mentor a high-performing Brand Marketing team while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
A solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, along with an ability to leverage data to optimize brand performance.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand strategies and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
The ability to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients and consumers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
