About the role

We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Transformation & Program Governance to lead enterprise transformation, modernization, and analytics-driven operational scaling initiatives. In this highly strategic role, you will architect structured operating systems that enable growth, financial transparency, and enterprise resilience.

You will partner across executive leadership, finance, engineering, and operations to translate innovation into scalable enterprise execution.

What you'll do

  • Lead enterprise program governance across technology and operational transformation initiatives.

  • Architect analytics-driven reporting platforms supporting executive and Board-level decision-making.

  • Modernize legacy systems and integrate newly acquired business units into unified operating models.

  • Design automation and workflow improvements that drive measurable efficiency gains.

  • Align enterprise technology architecture with strategic growth and capital allocation objectives.

  • Provide structured program oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Strengthen compliance and governance frameworks supporting regulated operations.

  • Collaborate with Finance and executive leadership to enhance transparency and performance visibility.

  • Mentor cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution and delivery excellence.

About You

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, program management, or operational transformation.

  • Experience leading enterprise analytics or business intelligence initiatives.

  • Strong technical foundation in data architecture, automation, and reporting platforms.

  • Experience operating in highly regulated or complex organizational environments.

  • Ability to communicate complex systems and strategy clearly to executive leadership.

  • Engineering or technical background strongly preferred.

  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent operational excellence experience preferred.
