We are looking for a Director of Credentialing Strategy and Operations to help us lead and expand our current Credentialing and Enrollment function. This function sits within our Insurance Operations department and is a major engine for our company's overall growth by ensuring the providers on our platform are enrolled with as many of our insurance partners as possible so they in turn can treat as many patients as possible. You’ll report directly to the VP of Operations which leads our overall operations function at Grow.
In this role you'll:
Chart out a multi-quarter strategy for the team that acts as a roadmap to achieve our ambitious goals
Deeply understand the operational processes and corresponding metrics we track to generate insights on the levers that can be pulled to improve operational performance
Lead your direct reports and overall team to ensure high performance and engagement across the team
Partner with other teams like Provider Experience, Revenue Cycle Management, Product & Engineering, Support and many more to execute against cross-functional initiatives and goals
Understand the needs of your team and the company and coming up with an organizational strategy to map out what roles will be needed over time to meet the needs of our growing and increasingly complex business
Transition our current credentialing platform to a formal credentialing software platform over the next few years
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD

You have experience in the Healthcare industry (on the provider side is a plus)
You have a deep appreciation for and a track record of leveraging data to make informed decisions
You have had the opportunity to build a team by bringing additional talent and developing new functions and capabilities
You love understanding where process inefficiencies lie and can quickly see possible improvements to implement
You know how to prioritize amongst a sea of competing priorities in order to achieve the biggest impact
