​​About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced leader to scale the team that supports the network of providers who work on the Hims & Hers platform - a key pillar of Hims & Hers growth strategy. Reporting to the SVP of Care Operations, you will have ownership over all operational aspects of the provider experience to achieve a singular goal: Every patient gets access to timely, high quality, affordable healthcare. You will lead, grow, and inspire a cross-functional organization that spans credentialing, marketplace optimization, and provider acquisition & experience; ensure a world-class customer experience for both patients & providers; and oversee efficient daily operations. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional; as the primary leader of the provider experience, you will team with Product, Growth, Legal, Medical leadership, and others to provide strategy, vision, and direction for the clinical operations function at Hims & Hers.

You Will:

  • Own complex problems: Build out and creatively scale the clinical operations team, leading day-to-day oversight and execution on both existing processes and driving initiatives to improve compliance, increase efficiencies, and achieve marketplace balance.

  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure that we continue developing innovative care models that deliver the highest quality clinical, patient-friendly care.

  • Own the strategic direction and infrastructure for managing supply to match demand in a rapidly scaling complex marketplace.

  • Challenge status quo: Initiate and debate key strategic topics and opportunities from your team’s work, and drive bold high-impact decisions.

  • Build for scale: identify, codify, and implement data-driven decision-making across each part of your team. Set clear goals for both operational and financial KPIs for a growing operations team.

  • Lead the organization by proactively identifying growth & optimization opportunities; collaborating cross functionally to structure, measure, execute, and scale; and driving adoption and knowledge at all levels of the organization.

  • Build and lead a high performing, diverse, responsive team and maintain a culture of excellence, growth, and fun.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of combined management consulting and growth startup experience, preferably in a GM or P&L management role at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace clinical operations

  • 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high performing cross-functional teams

  • Success in a highly strategic, analytical, and operations role within a rapidly growing company: balancing quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid, accurate decision-making

  • Results and growth oriented: Strong track record of ownership, of both setting clear goals and delivering on results

  • Experience working within applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations

  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to initiate and maintain cross-functional relationships

  • Prefers to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior, cross-functional, technical and non-technical stakeholders in easily understood formats
