Director - Business Recruiting
We’re hiring a senior leader to oversee Figma’s business recruiting functions, globally.
As a Director of Recruiting you will lead, mentor, grow, develop and hire a team of recruiting professionals (both ICs and Managers) supporting multiple business functions across Figma internationally. We are seeking a strategic leader who can set longer term goals and objectives to support the business and partner with our hiring leaders to execute best in class recruiting practices, create belonging, and scale our winning culture. What you’ll do at Figma:
Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiting managers, recruiters and sourcers
Act as a trusted partner to VP and C-suite leaders to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly in order to achieve goals
Partner with other recruiting leaders to develop a long term recruiting strategy globally with a goal of continuing to bring in exceptional talent to Figma
Scale a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs
Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results
Champion our values led culture
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment, at least 6+ years of people management experience with direct experience managing leaders
Experience partnering with Sales/GTM, G&A, Legal and other Business leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives
Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth
A deep passion and understanding for diversity, belonging, and inclusion

Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

$228,000—$308,000 USD
