Digital Marketing Manager
Apply for this position → Go ad-free with PremiumArray is a financial innovation platform that helps digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs get compelling consumer products to market faster. We deliver a suite of credit and identity monitoring tools, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace via embeddable widgets or a clean, modern API. Our private label offerings help drive revenue and increase engagement for our customers while empowering millions of consumers to achieve their financial goals.
As a remote-first company, we’re focused on providing opportunities for high performing individuals to have deep impact in the fast growing fintech space. A clear mission, a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to experiment empower us individually and together deliver the best products for our clients and users.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Array, you will be our in-house performance marketing engine — you do what a full-service agency would do, except you sit inside the GTM team, know our verticals, and are accountable to pipeline. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
The role
You’re the person in the ad platforms, in the CMS, in the analytics. Every program you run has a goal attached: net new customers, retention, or land-and-expand. If it can’t be tied to one of those, it doesn’t run.
You will:
- Paid media — strategy and execution. Own Google Ads and LinkedIn end to end: account structure, budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and performance. Targeting aligned to our Tier 1/Tier 2 must-get accounts and five verticals. You build it, you run it, you hold the number.
- SEO and AI search — Build our organic program from a standing start: technical foundation, on-page work, keyword strategy mapped by vertical, and optimizing for how buyers actually search now (traditional rankings and AI/answer-engine visibility). You write the briefs; content production supports you.
- Top-of-funnel demand — Own the programs that fill the top of the funnel: search and social capture, content syndication, retargeting, and the paid layer under our ABM motion into must-get accounts.
- Landing pages and conversion — Own the conversion layer of the site: landing pages, A/B testing, form and funnel optimization, and our Qualified chatbot (routing through Salesforce). You own what converts.
- Measurement — Own tracking and reporting for everything above: UTM discipline, Salesforce campaign hygiene, and a pipeline-by-channel view.
- Work in the platforms daily. No vendor sits between you and the data.
- Report digital’s contribution to pipeline by vertical, in the same terms sales uses.
- Cut spend on programs that aren’t working, including the ones you built.
- Act on what you find the same week when able — a new audience, a rebuilt page, a tracking fix.
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster — it’s your default, not an afterthought.
Who you’ll work with
- Demand Gen, Sales and our Vertical Marketing Managers — your programs feed their pods, and account lists shape your targeting.
- Marketing Ops and RevOps — your partners on routing, attribution, and Salesforce campaign hygiene.
What great looks like
- 90 days in: you own paid spend end to end — accounts audited, broken campaigns rebuilt, underperforming spend cut. Baseline SEO is in place (technical audit, keyword map by vertical, first briefs out) and testing is running on the top conversion paths.
- 6 months in: leadership uses your pipeline dashboard in planning. Organic traffic is growing. Sales can point to deals that started with a program you ran.
You have:
- 5+ years running performance marketing hands-on for B2B, with real budget ownership — you’ve planned spend, defended it, and moved it when the data said to. Agency background is strongly welcome; you’ve run multiple client accounts and want to go deep on one.
- Platform fluency you can prove: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and a CRM/MAP stack (we run Salesforce and HubSpot; we also use, ZoomInfo, and Gong).
- Real SEO chops: you can run a technical audit, brief content, and explain search visibility — including AI search — to an executive without jargon.
- CRO experience with testing frameworks, not just hunches.
- A pipeline-first mindset: you talk in opportunities and revenue influenced, not just impressions.
- Strong project management and communication — you can run multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once with clear briefs, tight timelines, and no dropped threads.
- Comfort as a team of one with agency-sized scope — this is a build role in a fast-moving GTM org, and you’d rather own the whole engine than a slice of it.
- A belief that AI is reshaping work — you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do: analysis, reporting, briefs, creative iteration. Our team builds this way; you should too.
Nice to have:
- Fintech experience or selling into financial institutions.
- ABM platform experience and tiered account strategy.
- Experience marketing embedded/API products or private label offerings.
- Background in growth, social, or partner marketing alongside paid — you’ve pulled more than one lever.
- Experience with behavioral and intent data for targeting (we use ZoomInfo intent).
- Enough design/creative sense to brief ad creative well.
Pay transparency: $160,000 + for base salary, depending on experience. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
Expected interview process: Recruiter Conversation - Hiring Manager Interview - Loop round:
Expected onboarding process: Onboarding at Array is active, not passive: new hires spend their first two weeks building fluency in our products, customers, and value proposition, and are expected to pass scored assessments before beginning role-specific work. Success means meeting defined performance standards through a six-month evaluation period — with continuous feedback and ongoing accountability as core parts of working at Array.
