Involved in strategies, solutions, and execution to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets.

Responsible for ongoing website development, enhancements, and running the business maintenance of enterprise and Lines of Business (LOB) websites

Partner with Web development professionals while contributing to high-traffic, high-profile websites

Work with User Experience team members through the stages of design, development, QA testing, implementation, and maintenance

Adhere to best practices for maintaining front-end code

Translate user experience descriptions into front-end code that is cross-browser compatible

Provide assistance and web development consultation to other departments on web-related topics

Serve as the publisher of a website or page, accountable for accurate content and language

Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) tactics into the content management support for the website

Gather information for needs assessments, and support the development of objectives and timelines for web projects

Implement and maintain webpage graphics; maintain themes, styles and images for websites


Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor's degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience

2+ years professional experience in Digital Media production with some experience in Internet technologies, development and support

Experience with audio, video and other multimedia formats

Art Direction experience in both print and digital media

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite products such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop

Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, handling multiple priorities, changing deadlines, and constant interruption

Ability to multi-task effectively

Experience working on and leading cross-department relationships to accomplish design projects

Excellent presentation and conceptual skills

Exposure to application interface and online advertisement design

A broad knowledge of current design trends and techniques for web

Understanding of website priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic and page views

Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFM)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment

Preferred Skills

Experience in email marketing strategy or marketing automation/communications strategy, with the ability to translate business needs into targeted campaign strategies and recommendations

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email platforms, including segmentation, campaign setup, QA, deployment support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring; Eloqua strongly preferred

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, suppression logic, audience targeting, testing, personalization, and campaign optimization

Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and future-state strategy

Experience serving as a strategic business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning priorities, gathering requirements, and helping deliver scalable marketing automation solutions

Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, document decisions, track action items, and present updates or recommendations to stakeholders
