We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically driven Implementation Engineer with a strong interest in digital product delivery, who thrives in cross-functional environments and ensures successful implementations through structured execution, problem-solving, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Implementation Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Operations team. This role is responsible for the technical setup and implementation of digital banking solutions, ensuring smooth delivery from configuration to go-live. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Project teams to configure platforms, manage mobile app deployments, and resolve technical issues during critical phases like UAT and production release. Your main goal is to bridge the gap between development and client delivery, ensuring successful and high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement digital banking platforms for new clients

• Manage mobile app deployments (iOS & Android) through App Store and Google Play

• Support system integrations using APIs (REST / GraphQL)

• Work with TypeScript, SQL, and AWS for configuration and troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve issues during:

  • UAT

  • Go-live phases

• Monitor system performance and validate implementations

• Collaborate with:

  • Product

  • Engineering

  • Project Managers

• Document implementation processes and configurations

• Provide technical support during client-facing implementations

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• +3 years of experience in:

• Software Engineering

• Implementation roles

• Technical support or similar

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:

  • TypeScript / JavaScript

• Experience with:

  • PostgreSQL (queries, data validation)

  • REST APIs and GraphQL

  • AWS (CloudWatch, console navigation)

• Familiarity with:

  • Mobile app release cycles (App Store & Google Play)

• Nice to have:

  • React or React Native
