Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, day shift

Job Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation 

  • Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, landing pages, product pages, blogs, email programs, and other digital experiences. 

  • Translate complex or technical topics into audience‑friendly digital copy. 

  • Contribute writing for high‑visibility digital moments, campaigns, and updates. 

SEO / AEO & Web Optimization 

  • Develop content using SEO and AEO best practices to increase discoverability and relevance. 

  • Apply keyword insights, structured content principles, metadata best practices, and accessibility requirements. 

  • Partner with digital and analytics teams to refine copy based on performance metrics. 

User‑Centered Writing & UX Collaboration 

  • Write with a strong understanding of user journeys, digital behavior, and content hierarchy. 

  • Collaborate with UX, design, and product partners to shape page structures and enhance clarity and usability. 

  • Ensure content supports intuitive navigation and clear calls to action. 

Cross‑Functional Partnering 

  • Work with SMEs and internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy. 

  • Collaborate with creative ensuring consistency across channels. 

  • Align content with brand voice, messaging, and compliance requirements. 

Quality & Consistency 

  • Maintain high editorial standards for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and brand alignment. 

  • Use templates, style guides, and frameworks to ensure consistent digital expression. 

  • Contribute to content audits and updates to keep pages accurate and relevant. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a communications‑related field. 

  • 3 or more years of experience writing web or digital content. 

  • 3 or more years of experience with SEO/AEO writing, UX writing principles, and accessibility guidelines. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience writing for complex or regulated industries (healthcare, tech, enterprise). 

  • 3 or more years of experience in content design, structured content, or large website environments. 

  • 3 or more years of experience with analytics tools and performance‑driven content refinement. 

Additional Job Standards

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating digital fluency. 

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS). 

  • Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Strong digital writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, user‑friendly content. 

  • Working knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices, keyword usage, metadata, and accessibility standards.

  • Understanding of user journeys, UX writing principles, and content hierarchy to support intuitive digital experiences. 

  • Ability to collaborate with UX, product, creative, and SME partners to ensure accuracy, alignment, and brand consistency.

  • Familiarity with CMS tools, structured content, and analytics‑informed optimization.

  • Strong attention to detail with high editorial standards for clarity, consistency, and quality.

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
