We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to join our team.  

As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will manage the existing Creatio web analytics tools and personalization strategy across our website and paid digital channels. You will be responsible for monitoring the results, suggesting performance optimization strategies and working with the teams to adopt a data driven approach to campaign management.

The role will be based in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Analytics in paid channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign, Meta for Business etc. 

  • Regularly monitor performance of our paid and organic digital properties. Set-up dashboards and reporting for the various teams and help them pull insights from the data. 

  • Develop tracking for all digital campaigns by channel and campaign type. 

  • Determine key performance indicators for campaign tracking and analysis. Report data and insights from digital tracking programs. 

  • Perform QA and A/B testing to determine website functionality and usability. 

  • Collaborate with web development and PPC teams to establish best practices. 

Requirements:

  • From 5 years of hands-on experience with web and digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio. 

  • Proficient in Google Ads, and Bing Ads.  

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta for Business.  

  • Experience with PowerBI, Drupal and WordPress. 

  • Demonstrated experience with Heatmapping tools (e.g., Hotjar). 

  • Understanding of HTML/CSS. 

  • Understanding of A/B Testing tools. 

  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
