DevOps Automation Developer
Qualifications - CRMs: Deep experience with CRM systems (especially Pipedrive); skilled in integration, customization, automation, and reporting.
- Fireflies: Experience with fireflies including but not limited to CRM integrations, set up, etc
- Automation: Strong proficiency with Zapier, Make, and webhooks; confident with cross-tool automation logic.
- Platforms: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Python/Node, WordPress/Webflow, HTML/CSS basics.
- Documentation: Clear, structured technical documentation of workflows and integrations.
- A systems builder mindsetdriven to create order and efficiency through smart tooling.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a self-managed approach to task ownership and delivery.
- Strategic problem-solving skillsable to see both system-level gaps and ground-level inefficiencies.
- Excellent communicatorable to translate tech solutions into simple terms for stakeholders.
Primary Task -CRM Optimization: Administer and enhance CRM systems (Pipedrive and others), manage pipelines, build automations, enforce data cleanliness, and resolve sync or flow issues.
- Process Automation: Create and maintain cross-platform automations using Zapier, Make, or custom
- APIs/webhooksconnecting CRMs, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and internal tools.
- System Integration: Set up and troubleshoot webhook/API-based connections; document logic and maintain technical clarity across workflows.
- Web Operations: Manage and edit websites (WordPress/Webflow), embed forms and scheduling tools, apply HTML/CSS updates, and follow SEO fundamentals.
- Ops Improvement: Spot friction points, propose system-driven solutions, and implement continuous enhancements across internal and client-facing processes.
