About the role:

A Developer Relations Engineer at Builder.io will be at the forefront of educating and inspiring developers about our platform through compelling technical content. Your primary focus will be creating high-quality technical content for our blog, showcasing how Builder.io solves real-world development challenges. You'll combine your technical expertise with creative storytelling to help developers understand and maximize the value of our visual development ecosystem.

As a Developer Relations Engineer at Builder.io, you will:

  • Create in-depth blog posts, technical tutorials, and videos that showcase real-world applications of Builder.io

  • Create code examples and demos that illustrate complex technical concepts in an accessible way

  • Engage with our developer community through social media and developer forums

  • Analyze content performance and gather developer feedback to inform future content strategy

  • Represent Builder.io at virtual and in-person technical events when needed

You will thrive in this role if you have...

  • Strong technical background in modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, etc)

  • A proven track record of creating technical content (blog posts, tutorials, etc)

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

  • Active participation in developer communities and understanding of developer needs

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for technical content

  • Experience with or interest in visual development tools and AI code generation platforms

  • Open source contributions are a plus
