What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as Credentialing Department liaison for both internal and external stakeholders
Review and respond to all inbound Credentialing Support tickets and emails via Hubspot and escalate to appropriate team members as necessary
Assist in identifying trends and creating response templates/resources based on inbound requests
Update various department-wide knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy as aligned with and directed by leadership
Collaborate with other Credentialing staff on monitoring Credentialing inbox and responding to requests as necessary
Assisting the Credentialing Team to ensure providers are de-credentialed in a timely manner
Confirm the de-credentialing reason and termination date
Update the appropriate fields in the system to reflect de-credentialing
Work with cross-functioning teams to ensure the de-credentialing process is successfully completed .
Managing the expirables process
Confirm expired materials were not updated prior to de-credentialing
Assist with emailing providers for expired materials
Ensure de-credentialing is completed in a timely manner for expirables.
Support for the Credentialing Team
Collaborate with Credentialing staff in preparation for Credentialing Committee.
Assist with preparation for payor audits
Aid in Credentialing Team projects.
Salary range: $55-$65k

You have functional knowledge of credentialing in the healthcare industry and have at least one year experience.
You deliver quality results for well-defined tasks in a timely manner.
You have excellent communication skills. You proactively communicate progress on individual tasks including timeline, context and priority levels and request help when needed.
You are accountable. You drive clarity on what’s needed to get something done, and you ensure deadlines are met.
You’re tech savvy in or you’re willing to learn HubSpot, Verifiable, Slack, and Excel if you don’t know how to use them already.
