Your key areas of focus
Deal making
Source, structure and negotiate complex commercial partnership arrangements
You are comfortable working as part of a cross functional team working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance and Legal
Provide negotiation support to regional biz dev and FX leads
Strategic initiatives
Lead new 0-1 initiatives including new lines of business to step change growth rates or reduce operational complexity
Be a change maker - identify opportunities to disrupt our business and how we serve our customers
Identify opportunities to expand margin in our key markets
Partner management
Oversee global pay in partnerships including defining our strategy, managing existing partners, and growing new pay in options
Manage a small team
