Job Title: Data Protection Lead - GRC
Roles & Responsibilities:
§ Proven understanding of data loss protection and the collaborators engaged to deliver it.
§ Consistent record of using FFIEC, NIST and CRI frameworks to assess gaps and deploy solutions.
§ Experience writing, executing, and evidencing standards, controls, metrics, and thresholds.
§ Skilled at planning and delivering working sessions to engage and align partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 14 years of experience on the Data Protection Field.
- Functional knowledge of financial industry.
- Certified on Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Shown knowledge on DLP tools and exposure to process gap analysis tools.
- Knowledge of workshop facilitation tools.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 6/07/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 106,500.00 - $ 132,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
