As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Affiliation processes. You will be responsible for managing business performance data and workflows, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that the information and data you handle are processed and maintained accurately in our databases. Your role will require strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and solving complex problems.

 As a Data Operations Specialist you are expected to …

  • Manage the affiliation setup of our internal assets through the central platform.

  • Collaborate closely with the other Stakeholders to ensure success.

  • Update and maintain the customer database and records.

  • Analyze data and identify errors for correction.

  • Provide support for other operational efforts and ad hoc duties as needed.

  • Lead training sessions for new team members within your area of expertise.

  • Set up new clients, advertisers, and publishers for Raketech.

  • Provide a variety of support duties for publishers and advertisers.

Adapt to a workflow that fluctuates between monotonous tasks and special projects                                                                      Success in this role means…

  • Efficient onboarding of affiliates through our systems.

  • Accurate and timely implementation of data setups, reducing errors and improving go-live times.

  • Strong response times to stakeholder requests and troubleshooting efforts.

  • Proactive leadership in identifying and solving operational issues, contributing to team success.

  • Effective link creation and deal update. 

  • Previous experience in a similar role, Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must speak English fluently.

  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and address challenges creatively.

  • Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Have a drive for self-improvement and be able to take feedback. *Location: Must be physically located in Europe and able to work an 8-hour shift starting at 1 PM CET
