As an Data and Bulk Messaging Specialist at Array, you will play a crucial role in organizing our data and also in generating sales leads. You will support the BrandYourself product line which helps promote individuals and businesses as thought leaders in their respective industries by developing their online reputation. This is a 100% remote position.

You Have:

• Overall 2-3 years of experience with the below.

• Data Entry experience working in a process; preferably in a BPO/KPO setting.

• Bulk Messaging / Mass Marketing experience.

• Experience with MailChimp or any tool used for Email Blasts campaigns.

• Google Suite experience; specifically Google Sheets.

• Experience working on US Operations; preferably in process supporting Sales.

You Will:

• Scraping Google Search Results for individuals with negative articles.

• Locating and logging the contact information of all candidates found from the above websites.

• Compiling prospective leads’ names, contact information, source of negative article(s), and spot ranking of the negative(s) in a Google Sheet.

• Sharing that information with the Director of Sales & SaaS.

• Creating, sending, and managing incoming communication from strategic email blasts to those prospective leads.
