Job Summary We are looking for a  data-driven specialist responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting user and system data to support product quality, conversion optimization, and better user experience across Brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and identify issues using data from VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Backend systems.

  • Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources to detect discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Analyze user flow and behavior across all brands to pinpoint friction points, drop-offs, or anomalies.

  • Understand data patterns that can help improve the user journey, form hypotheses, and share actionable recommendations.

  • Suggest enhancements to tracking setups, funnels, or site experience based on data trends and insights.

  • Collaborate closely with QA, Dev, and Marketing teams to validate experiments (A/B tests, tracking changes, etc.) and interpret performance metrics.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing key observations, findings, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and backend analytics tools.

  • Skilled in data compilation, reconciliation, and accuracy validation across multiple sources.

  • Strong ability to analyze user behavior and identify friction points or anomalies.

  • Experience forming data-driven hypotheses and providing actionable recommendations.

  • Knowledge of tracking setup optimization, funnel analysis, and UX improvement.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working with QA, Dev, and Marketing teams.

  • Familiar with A/B testing, performance metrics, and experiment validation.

  • Able to create clear reports and dashboards summarizing key insights.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
