What These Roles Typically Looks Like:
Core tools: Microsoft Power BI, Visual Studio, SQL, Excel
Key work: Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that turn data into meaningful insights for healthcare stakeholders
Collaborating closely with teams to gather reporting/analytics requirements and deliver visualizations & dashboards that drive decision-making
Building data models, optimizing performance, and creating ETL processes for clean, reliable data pipelines
Keeping up to date with new Power BI features and trends
Ad hoc projects as needed
What We Look For:
Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor
3+ years in a Data Analyst (or similar) role
Strong skills in Power BI and advanced Excel
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Strong fluency in written and verbal English
You must have an up-to-date personal laptop or computer, along with reliable, high-speed, and secure internet access.
Bonus points: Experience in healthcare tech or MEDITECH, Epic or similar EHR systems
