As a Data Analyst you’ll accelerate our global growth. With our team located primarily in Germany, you’ll shape the future of our analytics landscape, introduce new approaches and enable our Sales, Product and Content leadership to make the right decisions on behalf of our global customers.

You can work in a hybrid setup from our offices in Berlin or Paris, or fully remote within Germany, France or the UK. We can only hire candidates who are based in these countries and already have the legal right to work there.
What You Will Do
Closely collaborate with our marketing, product and content org to understand their most important business questions and use data to consult on the best course of action
Generate impact in the field of analytics/data by applying state-of-the-art data solutions to business challenges
Work on both a B2C and B2B business model
Navigate sales and retention funnels to enable better decision-making and increase the effectiveness of our customer support team
Gain understanding of customer behavior with our content offering in order to make great engagement and/or content suggestions to business stakeholders
As part of the Data Team, you’ll advocate for a test & learn culture and encourage our stakeholders to make meaningful bets that help us to succeed in the long run
What You Need To Have
3+ years of relevant experience in the fields of Analytics or Data Science
Your strong abilities to handle big data with SQL and Python / R allow you to translate data into actionable insights quickly
You’ve got an excellent business understanding (B2B business models is a plus).
It’s easy for you to identify and highlight opportunities for improvement across various business functions
A track record of delivering impact through actionable data insights and/or products
A strong understanding of either sales funnels or content engagement allows you to be an eye level sparring partner to our business stakeholders
You love to learn and develop yourself. You bring a passion to learn which allows you to flourish in a unicorn startup environment aiming to leverage state-of-the art tools and processes to fulfill our vision
Strong writing and fluent English language skills that allow you to synthesize complex context into concise, actionable text for non-technical audience
You’re an absolute team player who likes to collaborate with your peers in the Data Analytics & Data Science team as well as business stakeholders
You’re open to occasional business trips to our local office for team building & strategy meet-ups (not more than once per quarter for a week) and rare trips to Berlin (Germany).
You are willing to work across time zones and make flexible work hours work for you and your stakeholders
