Role Overview:

As the Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience, you will lead our global vendor relationships, driving success and alignment with Pax8’s business strategies. Your leadership will ensure top-notch vendor management, strategic partnerships, and world-class vendor NPS results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Lead the alignment of vendor sales objectives with our global business strategy through strategic planning, business development, and resource allocation. (30%)

  • Organizational Design: Oversee the design and implementation of the global vendor alliances organization, ensuring effective resource deployment and role clarity. (20%)

  • Leadership & Culture: Foster a high-performance, accountable, and ethical culture within the vendor alliance management team. (15%)

  • Vendor Relationships: Maintain and enhance productive relationships with strategic vendor account contacts. (15%)

  • Performance Management: Identify issues and recommend actions to optimize performance across sales, marketing, support, product development, and more. (15%)

  • Vendor Agreements: Manage renewals, negotiations, onboarding, and offboarding of vendor accounts. (5%)

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years in global management, ideally in vendor relations or partner business development roles.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to build strong teams, drive accountability, and inspire high performance.

  • Strategic Vision: Adept at aligning business and market knowledge to drive revenue and growth goals.

  • NPS Management: Experience managing Vendor NPS results of 60 or better globally.

  • Adaptability: Agile in adjusting approaches to meet the shifting demands of different situations.

  • Communication: Strong presentation and influencing skills at the executive and C-level.

  • Talent Management: Skilled in attracting and developing top talent for current and future needs.

  • Global Perspective: Ability to view issues through a global lens and value diverse perspectives.

Educational Background:

  • Required: B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree

What Success Looks Like:

  • First 90 Days: Develop a deep understanding of Pax8’s vendor relationships and align immediate priorities with global business strategies.

  • First 6 Months: Establish strong leadership within the vendor alliance management team, driving key initiatives and achieving targeted vendor NPS scores.

  • First Year: Deliver on strategic vendor goals, optimize vendor investments, and contribute significantly to Pax8’s global revenue targets.

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $240,000 or more depending on experience
