Responsibilities:
— Technical support on chat and email
— Investigations and solving issues related to a different products
— Debug and troubleshooting integrations
— Preparing and running queries in DB
— Widgets Design
Primary requirements:
- Linux shell
- MySQL
- Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira etc)
- HTML & CSS
- RestAPI
Will be a plus:
- Any programming language
Language proficiency:
— Upper-intermediate English
— Native ukrainian
