About the Role:
We are searching for a Customer Success Associate to join our Client Services team. This person will be responsible for relationship management for our health insurance clients. This individual will act as the customer’s trusted advisor, understand the customer’s business objectives, and answer questions about the technical components of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and run regular touch points with clients that include presentations and suggestions for how to optimize our health products
Review client dashboards to confirm usability and generate insights on model performance
Thoroughly document notes from calls within Salesforce and manage action items with each client
Acts as the voice of the customer by delivering feedback to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges
Coordinates with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience supporting clients in the tech industry
Highly organized with a strong ability to establish, meet, and exceed time-dated objectives
Customer service driven with an ability to build relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfortable using PowerPoint and building presentations
Experience working in insurance, specifically health, is a strong plus
CRM experience, such as Salesforce, is a strong plus
SaaS product experience a strong plus
