About our application process

As part of the application process, you'll need to upload screenshots of your home internet speed and work computer, take an online assessment, and answer some questions. The assessment will only take 15 minutes to complete. The full application process takes around 30 minutes to complete. You must be in front of a computer to complete your full application.

👩💻 Experience in using technology, including computer applications and software.
Technology & Equipment Requirements:
💻 Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
💨 High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
👾 Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
🤳Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad available to authenticate and login daily
💻 Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements:
🤫 Quiet, uninterrupted space
⌨️ Organized desk area
Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor or freelancer for the duration of your partnership with Omni. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. Upon receiving your contract, you will be required to agree that you have no claim against Omni Interactions, either under this agreement or otherwise, for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security System (SSS) contributions, Pag-IBIG contributions, PhilHealth coverage, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, unemployment insurance benefits, or any other employee benefits as required under Philippine labor laws or regulations.
