Customer Onboarding Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant to lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and go-live while turning operational needs into scalable platform solutions.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner throughout the onboarding journey — guiding customers through configuration, migration, and adoption while supporting the growth of our Spanish-speaking customer base.
Your Position in Our Team
- Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases
- Conduct configuration workshops to understand customer workflows and business needs
- Translate operational requirements into scalable and stable system configurations
- Advise customers on platform best practices and implementation decisions
- Deliver structured trainings that enable successful and independent platform adoption
- Ensure high-quality implementations before go-live
- Support customers during migration and hypercare activities
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Document decisions, configurations, and open topics
- Independently manage smaller implementation projects end-to-end
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, ideally in SaaS or platform environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Confidence in advising customers and recommending suitable solutions
- Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way of working
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
- Fluent Spanish, English, and German skills, written and spoken
- Experience with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is a plus
- PLN 12,500–16,500 gross/month
- The final offer depends on experience, skills, and overall fit.
