Customer Experience Operations Intern

This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across customer systems, analytics, AI initiatives, and operational processes within a fast-paced technology environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational visibility across the business.
What you'll do
Assist with managing and analyzing data across multiple platforms including CRM, CX, Support, and communication tools
Support CX leadership with operational initiatives, reporting, and AI-focused projects
Help optimize workflows and improve operational processes
Assist with integrations and automation efforts using APIs and webhooks
Contribute to reporting dashboards and data analysis using SQL and Python
Support the design of AI prompts and conversational logic for customer-facing chatbot experiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organisation
What we're looking for
Interest in Customer Experience, Operations, Data Analytics, or AI-driven technologies
Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong communication and collaboration skills
