About the role:
We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to data accuracy, you will be responsible for supporting CRM hygiene, data enrichment, and ensuring data accuracy within the CRM.
In this role you will:
Uphold the highest level of data quality within the CRM platform.
Offer daily support for troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation.
Identify and resolve data anomalies to maintain high data integrity standards.
Assist with data enrichment tasks (requiring proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for effective data management and analysis).
Provide system administration support for the CRM, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles.
Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
Prepare accurate dashboards and reports in Hubspot for teams and bonus calculations, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
About you:
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (at least at the B1 level is required).
Previous experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
It would be nice if you have:
Previous experience with CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot.
Understanding of sales/business processes.
