Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Channel Support:

  • Proactively help to improve and develop product strategies on TikTok.

  • Translate insights into actions that resonate with our target audience.

  • Innovate using new tools, frameworks and methodologies to enhance creative output.

Creative Excellence:

  • Generate fresh, relevant creative ideas aligned with product strategy. Write production briefs.

  • Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance in order to improve metrics and find connotations on working/non-working concepts/assets/strategic moves etc..

  • Conduct consistent market research and competitor analysis to extract industry/channel trends and insights. Apply this knowledge to drive innovative and effective solutions

  • Give constant feedback and share best practices with less experienced teammates. Act as a mentor.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Manage full-cycle creatives’ production: from idea to final implementation. Act as a leader who motivates the team to achieve the best possible result within the project. 

  • Plan and coordinate workload, prioritize tasks, and goals.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes and amplify operational efficiency

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.

  • At least 1 year of expertise in TikTok; knowledge of Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts is a plus. Knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, features, and trends.

  • Experience in creating user-generated content (UGC) and writing persuasive direct response communications.

  • Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that regularly outperform the benchmarks, coupled with a proven track record of consistently achieving product KPIs.

  • Strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics.

  • Understanding of user journey and creative production pipelines.

  • Excellent project and time management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

  • Empathetic team development skills to foster individual and team growth.

  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Additional qualities that may be helpful: 

  • Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc., for creating and iterating creatives.

  • Awareness of trends in the health and fitness app landscape and mobile advertising market.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain creative choices clearly.

  • Familiarity with Meta and Google ad platforms.

  • Passion for wellness and health tech.
