Creative Coordinator/Planner (Contract)

As a Creative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting KarmaLab’s creative production function across a multitude of touch points. If you are a quick-thinker, with a knack for creative problem solving, this is the job for you!

You will collaborate closely with our sales team, creative producers, and production partners in translating creative briefs into creative output. Whether project managing a seamless experience between Reddit sales and our production partners or jumping in to create some quick-turn ad creative yourself, you will be instrumental in ensuring creative is never a barrier to entry or success on Reddit.

This is a 6 month contract position

Responsibilities:

• Manage design projects within a fast-paced environment, being the liaison between our production partners and the Reddit sales team.

• Assist in producing and delivering creative assets to our advertising partners

• Deliver copywriting and image editing support  

• Stay informed on Reddit’s creative best practices, industry design trends, and the latest creative software innovations, bringing fresh ideas for seamless content creation.

Qualifications:

• Creative expertise with a Bachelor's Degree or higher, skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and possessing a flair for visual design and brand voice translation.

• Proficient in graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color theory, with a strong ability to use design tools and platforms such as Google Slides and Canva.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects with diverse timelines and requirements, with an emphasis on effective communication skills.

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and grammatical skills.
