Corporate Marketing Events Analyst
InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.
To support our continuous growth we are looking for a professional with experience in internal communications, corporate marketing and events management to take the role of Corporate Marketing Project Manager.
The primary focus of this role is to plan, manage, recommend, collaborate, and coordinate between stakeholders to deliver experiential initiatives whether virtual, physical, or hybrid, for both internal and external audiences. You will interface with the broader marketing, sales, and human resources teams to ensure both our external and internal events and initiatives reflect our company’s strategy and vision.
As part of the role you will:
Coordinate our participation in industry events in the United States, Latin America and Europe. From larger booth installments, to smaller participation in regional events.
Support sales and customer success teams in engagement activities with clients and prospects, including meetings, merchandising and events.
Support human resources on the development and execution of internal communication activities including merchandising, in-office experience and off-site activities.
Lead the development of employer branding activities including events in targeted audience markets.
Create PR initiatives to increase the presence of InvGate in specialized media.
Be actively involved in the development of corporate branding recommending sponsorship opportunities and other initiatives.
Experience:
5+ years corporate event planning and trade show experience.
Extensive knowledge in managing events from conception to completion, including digital event platforms, complex logistics, venue liaison, production, speaker sourcing, budget management and onsite execution
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve and come up with solutions and recommendations.
Effective budget management and budget reconciliation.
