About the role

The “Copywriter - Product Marketing” will craft  engaging, informative and compelling content about our products that strikes a chord with our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Operations, understanding the whole product lifecycle and be able to convey technical ideas through a simple narrative across all marketing channels. 

As a strategic thinker, you’ll use your experience with app-based products to inform our product marketing communication strategy using data and user research to inform your decisions. 

You’ll be responsible for all of our product marketing and user communication content, partnering with our Product and Operations teams to ensure consistency across all our product communications and championing our best practices and brand guidelines across both our consumer brands.

Please note that this is a remote-first, full-time role, operating Monday to Friday, from 9am until 6pm.

As a Copywriter - Product Marketing you will: 

  • Play a leading role in shaping our comms strategy for our products and features - collaborating with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Care teams

  • Craft engaging, informative content for our product marketing initiatives writing content across all of our channels, including emails, social, web, in-app messages and video

  • Champion our brand guidelines and tone of voice, maintaining consistency across all our touch points and platforms

  • Use a data-driven approach to ensure our product marketing content resonates with our customers 

  • Offer a perspective on the UX writing throughout the product development and design process

What we’re looking for from you

  • Strong experience as a copywriter specialising in product marketing writing copy across a broad range of marketing channels

  • Experience in moulding a product’s perception in the market and developing product marketing campaigns, ideally in the fintech space

  • Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills with a passion for clear and concise content

  • Proven ability to explain complicated technical concepts in simple, engaging terms

  • Experience with user research, market trends and data analysis to inform decision making and continuous improvement

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment

  • Firm grasp of the creative process

  • Proficiency with UX writing, human-centred design, app development and SEO desirable
