What Youâll Do
- Lead the accounting department across its various teams and responsibilities, ensuring financial reporting is complete and accurate.
- Own the AR, AP, General Ledger, Month-End, Audits, Treasury, and Financial Reporting processes.
- Support FP&A efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to forecast, budget, and analyze financial performance, to name a few.
- Build and improve our processes, bettering both the speed and the quality of outputs.
- Serve as a strategic partner to our CFO and other leaders, supporting growth and decision-making with your deep financial insights.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role leading an accounting function and managing a team.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and experience managing external audits.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Start-Up & Growth Experience: Proven track record working in dynamic environments. You know how to build processes from scratch, not just follow an established playbook.
